Barcelona Tech Summer Sessions
The annual TSS are strategic technical and academic sessions where the energy, water and mobility sectors are analyzed.
This year will be the 5th edition of this activity of excellence, organized by Fundació b_TEC in conjunction with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Technical University of Catalonia (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and the University of Barcelona (Universitat de Barcelona).
The aim of the Fundació b_TEC is to make the new Diagonal-Besòs Campus a focal point of excellence in research, study and innovation in the fields of energy, water and mobility.
The Diagonal-Besòs Campus will host the Technical University of Catalonia’s Industrial Engineering studies and the research activities of the UPC and the University of Barcelona, as well as the Energy Park and the Water Park. Each of these projects is built around highly specialized research centers and business clusters in the sectors in question, thus comprising a leading Southern European technology campus.
